30 Day Return Policy
 
Customers may return their order within 30 days from date specified on the invoice.
  -Items returned must be accompanied by a authorization number. No Exceptions!
  -Auth. Numbers must be clearly written on the label.  
  -Items must be returned within 10 business days from time Authorization Number is received, or within 30 days from date specified on invoice, whichever comes first.
  -Shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. COD's will not be accepted.
  -Items being returned must be secure and properly packaged in the original carton or  carton equal to.
  -Dirty, Altered or used items will not be eligible for a refund. Damages that occurred while in the possession of the customer are also excluded from any refund.
  -Incomplete orders returned will acquire additional charges. Unless authorized to do so.
  -Items being returned remain the property of the customer, until signed for by Paws Custom Beds. Therefore, any damages due to improper packaging etc... will be the customers loss, not the company's.
  -Items being returned for a refund that were shipped under free shipping will be charged to the customer.
  -Shipping Costs on Items where shipping was included in the price is non refundable.
  -All items being returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  -Authorization Numbers will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving a request for RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Authorization Number will not be issued for incomplete forms.
 
Damages
 
  -Items damaged prior to delivery must be reported within 2 days of receiving order.
  -Contact Company via telephone, or submit a completed RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
  -Damaged or defective items will be replaced and shipped at the expense of the Company. Free replacement and shipping will not apply if customer fails to report damages within time specified.
   -All Items must be Authorized and must be accompanied by a Authorization Number. No Exceptions!
  -Damages that occur while in the possession of the Customer, are not eligible for free replacement or shipping. However, replacement items are available at the customer expense.
